Local Delivery

The Carriage Trade offers an in-house, fee-based, delivery service based upon on location.  To determine local delivery options and pricing, please contact the store.

Items requiring assembly will not require additional fees.  However, items labeled special delivery due to size or weight will will require additional fees. 

Customer Pick-up:  Items are available for pick-up at our store between 10AM - 3PM, Monday through Saturday.  Buyers should coordinate with the store about their plans for arrival and pick-up.  Buyers should come prepared with packing supplies to load and pack items to their satisfaction as The Carriage Trade does not provide packing supplies including, but not limited to moving blankets, shrink wrap, tape, or tie-down materials.

Item Storage:  The Carriage Trade will store all purchased items for up to 90 days.  The first 30 days items will be stored at no charge.  After 30 days from the purchase date, The Carriage Trade will charge a $200 storage fee per 30 days. Additional storage fees will be charged if items are not picked up or delivered after the 90 day deadline. 

 

Long Distance Shipping

Long-distance shipping is required for any item traveling outside of a 50-mile radius from our stores. Long-distance shipping must be handled by third-party moving and storage or shipping companies. FCG is happy to provide a list of third-party businesses that can assist in this area.

Nationwide Shipping: For items being shipped around the Continental United States, a third-party moving company is required. We can provide measurements so that shippers can quote rates. 

International Shipping: Buyers requiring international shipping are responsible for identifying and coordinating all aspects of international shipping. The Carriage Trade will make the merchandise available for an international shipper to pick the items up during mutually agreed upon specified hours.
